Welcome to SKN Esthetics. By booking and receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Information

SKN Esthetics is a professional esthetics studio located in Maine, USA, offering services such as facials, chemical peels, waxing, acne treatments, and more. Our goal is to provide high-quality, safe, and effective skincare treatments in a respectful and relaxing environment.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking platform or directly through SKN Esthetics. A confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. Failure to do so may result in a policy requiring prepayment for all future bookings.

No-shows and late cancellations will be documented, and repeated offenses may result in refusal of service.

Payments

We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, and cash. All services must be paid in full at the time of the appointment.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. SKN Esthetics does not offer refunds on services rendered or products purchased. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during their appointment to ensure satisfaction.

Medical Disclaimer

By receiving services at SKN Esthetics, you confirm that:

  • You have disclosed all relevant medical history, skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.

  • SKN Esthetics is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or side effects resulting from treatments or products used.

  • It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider prior to receiving treatments, if necessary.

Age Policy

Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to receive services.

Client Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all clients and staff. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session and refusal of future service.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to maintain the schedule for other clients.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential. We will never share or sell your personal information. By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection of necessary data (such as contact information and treatment history) for service and recordkeeping purposes.

Changes to These Terms

SKN Esthetics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or available in the studio.
